Shipping Information

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Dogstuff Depot ships from Georgia and in most cases the post office will deliver your package within 3 to 6 business days. UPS Ground will take 2 to 6 business days.

The above transit times are a reference and do not guarantee delivery by a set date. The day your order ships does not count as a transit day. For time-sensitive shipments please use an Express shipping method.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

Your shipment may be tracked online with a tracking link emailed to you when your order has shipped.

UPS 2-Day, and Next Day Air

Guaranteed delivery with tracking from the time your order ships until it reaches your doorstep.

UPS does not pick up from us on Saturday or Sunday and the day your order ships does not count as a transit day.

Orders shipped out on Thursday by UPS 2ND Day Air will not be received by you until Monday.

Orders shipped out on Friday by UPS 2ND Day Air will not be received by you until Tuesday.

UPS will not guarantee delivery time if ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS cause plane delays.

Shipping Costs to United States and Territories

Free shipping applies to ground shipping only for the continental United States on orders totaling $100 before taxes and after discounts. All items qualify for free shipping, however if you are purchasing large items, such as a bed or a large feeder, a shipping surcharge may apply. If any of the large items in your cart require such charge, the surcharge will be noted on the product page and calculated during check-out.

Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will notify you immediately if there are any issues with your order.

UPS 2-Day, and Next Day Air

To see the shipping charge for express shipping, place the items in the shopping cart, put in your zip code, select your Express shipping method and hit apply.

Canada and International Orders

Dogstuff Depot will gladly ship to Canada or any other international destination, however special rules and restrictions apply. Please contact our customer service team at service@dogstuffdepot.com or call us at 1-706-867 9441 and we will be glad to answer all your questions and assist you in any way. Please allow additional time for delivery.

 

Refund Policy

At Dogstuff Depot, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our attention to detail, design, material and construction is uncompromising. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We will gladly accept returns for a full refund with proof of purchase and in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Between 30 and 60 days, refunds will be issued as store credit. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

  • Item(s) must be in original, sellable condition and have all original tags and product packaging. (Please do not be concerned about the shipping box)

  • Any items returned to us that show usage, are creased, wrinkled, dirty or damaged will be returned to you without a refund.

  • Item(s) must be clean and contain no pet hair.

We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges.

In the rare event that your product is defective, please e-mail us at returns@dogstuffdepot.com for free return shipping and refund.

Orders that are refused at the time of delivery may be subject to additional shipping or restocking fees.

 

Exchange Policy

Due to the differences in the pricing for different size products and to ensure items are in stock, we do not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the instructions, and then place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement, or wait for your store credit before doing so. We will get your new order processed immediately.

How to return products?

  1. Click on the following link and print our Return Form and Shipping Label.

  2. Complete the Returns Form and enclose with product.

  3. Enclose a copy of the packing list.

  4. Affix Shipping Label to the outside of the shipping carton.

  5. Use a reputable shipper that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Please allow 2 weeks after your return is received for processing and crediting for your items to your account or issuing the store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
