How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy! Find the items you’re looking for by browsing through our Products, Styles or Gifts. You can also search by product name, size, or keywords. Once you find an item you like, enter a quantity and click the “Add to cart” button.
You can view the contents of your cart at any time. You can still continue browsing by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button. When you’re ready to check out, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
You will be taken to a sign-in page where you can log in or choose to continue as a guest. Fill in your billing, shipping, and payment information. When you are finished, simply click “place order”. You will receive an order number for reference, and an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you shortly.
How do I apply a coupon code at checkout?
Once you have finished your selection and are reviewing your Shopping Cart, please enter the coupon code in the coupon field and click “Redeem”.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Payments via PayPal are also accepted.
Is the information I provide during checkout secure?
Shopping online with Dogstuff Depot is completely safe! We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment details when we process your order. If you choose to save your payment details, our industry leading payment gateway companies (BrainTree and Paypal) will store the details in a way that makes them accessible only to you. You can remove your payment details at any time.
Do you charge sales tax?
Dogstuff Depot is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders that ship to addresses within the state of Georgia.
How will I know if Dogstuff Depot received my order?
If you logged in before placing your order, you can log on to Your Account to check your order status and history. We always send an e-mail confirmation after you place your order. This confirmation will include your entire order summary and your order number. If you don’t receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please contact us at order@dogstuffdepot.com so we can confirm your e-mail address.
How to create a Wish List
Sign into your Account or create a new Account.
In your “Account Settings” select “Wish List” and then choose “Create a new Wish List”. You can name the wish list and you will have the option to share this wish list with your friends and family. Check “Share” under actions to see your unique sharing link. This link can be provided to friends and family.
You can create multiple Wish Lists and share them as desired.
If you like to add an item to the wish list, just click “Add to Wish List” on the Product page. If you have multiple wish lists, you can add the item to the desired wish list directly on the Product page.
How to purchase from a Wish List
Visitors can share Wish Lists. To make a sharable Wish List check “I want to be able to share this wish list” when creating a new Wish List. Once the Wish List is created, return to your Wish Lists and check “Share” under actions to see your unique sharing link. This link can be provided to friends and family.
How do I track my order?
If you are a registered member and you were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order from your account. If you did not register or log in prior to submitting your order, you can contact us via e-mail at order@dogstuffdepot.com or call us at (706) 867-9441 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST.
Once an online order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. Depending on the shipping method, the shipping confirmation will provide a tracking link directly to the carrier’s website.
